In volleyball, the game moves fast. Whether you just won or just lost, the only thing that matters is being ready for the next one.
NextOne is a free and remote fellowship program that guides participants through career development, resume building, personal branding, and networking, with guest speakers who join to share their experiences and insights..
Fellows build real career skills with the opportunity to return after graduating from the program and lead a cohort of their own.
Fill out a short application on the website. A small cohort of fellows is selected for each program cycle.
Each month includes one virtual group session and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Fully remote, founder-led, and built around what each fellow actually needs. Guest speakers are brought in throughout the cohort to share their experience and insights.
Leave with a polished resume, active applications out, and real networking conversations underway. Plus lifetime access to the NextOne Alumni Network on LinkedIn.
Graduates can apply to come back and host a future cohort, passing on what they learned to the next class of fellows.
