A fellowship for collegiate club athletes building confidence for every job application, interview, and networking conversation.
"In volleyball, every point ends and the next one begins immediately. Whether you just won or just lost, the only thing that matters is being ready for what comes next."
Every athlete knows how to reset. NextOne takes that instinct and channels it into your professional career.
Whatever comes next, whether it is a job application, an interview, or a setback, you show up for it with confidence. That's it.
Fill out a short application on the website. A small cohort of fellows is selected for each program cycle.
Each month includes one virtual group session and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Fully remote, founder-led, and built around what each fellow actually needs. Guest speakers are brought in throughout the cohort to share their experience and insights.
Leave with a polished resume, active applications out, and at least one real networking conversation started. Plus lifetime access to the NextOne Alumni Network on LinkedIn.
Build a resume you're proud of and a LinkedIn profile that tells your story as an athlete entering the professional world.
Learn where to find internships, how to tailor your application, and how to think about volume vs. quality in your search.
Learn how to cold message on LinkedIn, request informational interviews, and build real professional relationships from scratch.
Learn how to tell your story as an athlete, walk into any interview with confidence, and turn your experience into your strongest asset.
Applications for Cohort 1 are opening soon. A small cohort of collegiate club athletes will be selected. Free to apply, free to participate.
